Returns and exchanges

When sales open, return eligibility, time limits and instructions will be displayed here and on the relevant product or order information. Eligibility may depend on the item being unused, unworn and returned with its original packaging, accessories, documentation and protective materials.

Damaged, incorrect or defective items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or different from the item ordered. Keep the product and all packaging until our support team provides instructions.

Authorization

Please do not send a product back without contacting ChronoCache and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns might not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times can vary.
